Observation

Window blinds with inner and outer cords must be removed from diapering area. Sharp screws protruding from fence along bottom (back side of yard) must be made inaccessible to children. Trim around deck is loose with exposed nails, must be repaired. A/C unit in outdoor play area has open grate on top where fan is located, poses an injury hazard and must be made inaccessible to children. Area rug folded under itself in nap room must be removed as it is too large for the room and poses a tripping hazard. Stone squares on patio loose on one end and move when stepped upon, pose a tripping and injury hazard. Indoor temperature 62 degrees Fahrenheit during visit, must be minimum of 68 degrees Fahrenheit.
